• Help source and recommend trusted suppliers (e.g. florists, photographers, musicians)
• Coordinate venue layout, seating plans, and décor arrangements
• Assistance to ensure compliance with legal and venue requirements (e.g. licences, insurance)
• Oversee accommodation bookings for guests

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the main point of contact for the couple, suppliers, and venue staff
• Liaise with entertainment, and other vendors to confirm arrangements
• Schedule and lead planning meetings or venue walk-throughs

Venue & Logistics

• Oversee venue setup and ensure décor aligns with the couple’s brief
• Coordinate timing for key moments (ceremony, dinner, speeches, cake cutting, photos, first dance etc.)
• Troubleshoot any issues on the day and provide calm, professional solutions

On-the-Day Management

• Greet and guide guests, suppliers, and vendors
• Host the day ensuring the ceremony and reception run on schedule
• Support the couple and wedding party throughout the day
• Act as MC for the day if required

Post-Wedding Support

• Coordinate breakdown and clean-up with suppliers
• Ensure collection of any personal or rented items
• Be on hand the following day for support if needed and feedback
