Piersland House occupies a prominent position on Craigend Road which leads off from the B749 opposite Royal Troon Golf Course

From Glasgow and the north

Take the M77 south signposted Prestwick Airport, by pass the signs for Kilmarnock, then at the Monkton roundabout (you will see Monkton Lodge on the left, with Prestwick Airport clearly visible too), take the A79 right to Prestwick airport, then the B749 right signposted for Troon. Travel for just over 2 miles then cross a railway bridge. You will see the golf course on your left and the entrance to Piersland House Hotel is a little further on, opposite the clubhouse on the right hand side

From Glasgow Airport

Take the M8 towards the City itself and then join the M77, signposted Kilmarnock and Prestwick Airport, then follow the instructions as for Glasgow above

From Prestwick Airport

Exit the airport and take the signs north to A77 and Glasgow. After approximately ½ mile take the signpost for Troon B749 and follow it all the way as above
